Flight !! Birds Fly, Bee's Fly .... Planes fly .... but what's so COOL about Flight ?

Guess the most fascinating things in life are those which can't be explained but appreciated in awe. The ability to float and cheat gravity (well almost ...) must have its merits and certainly NOT be taken for granted.

The ability to reinvent what god created to be natural ? Fascinating !!

I recall my fascination for planes stemming bout the time i'z 3 or 4 ... YES !! I remember. Those were the days when Airfix and Matchbox ruled insofar as 'model kit reduits' (model aircraft kits) were concerned. Then came Hasegawa. Lots of fond memories of the kits i built .... plastic models then.

Naturally, i wanted to be a Fighter Pilot with the Air Force but poor eyesight saw my Mom's wishes granted. I am settled as a Mechanical Engineer with a Loss Adjusting firm now.

Always wanted to plant an engine and breathe life into them but never knew how. Found out how, then realised it'll cost too much anyway.

Am older and wiser now, but my love for flight and the mechanics of it, remains. Got into RC Aeromodelling a little less than a year ago. Gas/Glow Powered Radio Controlled Aircraft.
